The Role

We’re looking for a confident, capable person to help launch our new Omagh store — and grow into the role of Store Manager. You’ll begin by leading sales and supporting operations, with full training and guidance from our established Derry team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a store opening, shape how it runs, and eventually take full responsibility for its success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales on the shop floor, ensuring customers find the perfect suit for every occasion.
  • Manage wedding bookings, group fittings, and special events with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee stock management, deliveries, and basic retail systems.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Support and motivate staff, fostering a positive team culture.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and community engagement in Omagh.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Take ownership of daily operations, preparing to step into full Store Manager responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

You’re probably:

  • Great with people and confident in sales.
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to take charge.
  • Interested in fashion, menswear, and customer experience.
  • From Omagh or well-connected locally, with a strong sense of community.
  • Experienced in retail or hospitality leadership (preferred but not essential).
