Do I need to book an appointment?
No, appointments aren't required – you're welcome to call into our Derry store at any time during opening hours.
If you're unsure about sizing or would prefer dedicated assistance, we recommend booking an appointment online. This ensures a member of our team is available to help you and can reduce waiting times during our busiest periods.
What if the trousers or uniform doesn't fit?
No problem. If your uniform doesn't fit, simply contact our customer service team through the website and we'll help arrange the correct size.
If you're unsure which size to order, a good starting point is to use last year's uniform sizes. Our team is always happy to provide sizing advice before or after you place your order.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes. We offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the items are unworn and all original tags remain attached.
If you require a refund, this can be arranged within 14 days of purchase, subject to our returns policy.
Do you stock all sizes?
Yes. We carry a comprehensive range of sizes throughout the schoolwear season.
For the widest choice, we recommend ordering early, as some popular sizes may sell out towards the end of August.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes. Simply choose Click & Collect during checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
We also offer local delivery from just £1.50 if that's more convenient.

Ordering early gives you the best choice of sizes and avoids the busiest period in late August, when some popular sizes can become limited.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes.
You can reserve your uniform in-store with a deposit and pay the balance later before collection.
For online orders, we also offer Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost over 3 interest-free payments.
What if I'm not sure what size my child needs?
If you're unsure, our experienced team is here to help. Visit us in-store for a fitting, or contact us online and we'll be happy to recommend the best size. In many cases, using last year's uniform sizes is a good place to start.
